Supplier Evaluation

We first carry out potential audits, i.e. a structured on-site assessment of a potential supplier's facilities, processes, quality systems and capabilities to determine its suitability before placing an order.

Sample Approval

We test and approve the first production samples as part of our detailed product audit to ensure that they meet all agreed specifications and quality standards before mass production begins.

During the manufacturing process, regular checks are carried out to detect errors at an early stage and ensure consistent quality during production.

Pre-Shipment Check

We ensure that a final inspection of finished goods is carried out before shipment, often with 100% screening for critical items (manually or with AI sorting machines) to confirm compliance with customer requirements.
